944 Video Game Programming
You play the video games, but have you ever thought of creating one? Once again, Pacific Science Center is teaming up with DigiPen Institute of Technology to offer you the opportunity to go beyond just playing video games...you'll actually program your very own game! Gain insight into the career of a video game programmer while building technical computer skills. So do YOU "Got Game???" Challenge yourself in this week of video game science.
DigiPen Institute of Technology
DigiPen Institute of Technology, located in Redmond, near Seattle is authorized to offer computer science, computer engineering and fine arts degree programs related to the field of digital interactive entertainment technology. Specifically, the majority of DigiPen students are pursuing serious careers in the video game industry.
DigiPen offers exploratory programs (like the Video Game Programming course) designed to introduce students of all experience levels to the fundamentals of game programming, 3D animation and robotics. All of these courses are ideal for those considering a career in game development.
